To delete photos from the cloud, go to your Photos app and select the photos you want to delete. On the top right of the screen, tap Delete Photo.
Permanently deleted photos are generally sent to the user’s trash can on their device. However, depending on the device and user settings, they may also be permanently deleted from the server where the photo was originally taken.
