You can’t.
There are a few ways to delete your purchase history on your iPhone. You can go to the App Store and select “Settings”, then select “General” and scroll down to “History”. Here, you can select each app and delete it. Alternatively, you can go to the “Settings” app on your iPhone and select “Privacy”.
