Photos that are permanently deleted from a device are not actually deleted. Instead, they are moved to the trashcan on the device. The data for those photos are still stored on the device, but it can no longer be accessed or viewed.
To access your Prime Photos account, you will need to sign in and go to your “Photos” page. There, you will see a list of all of your photos, sorted by the date taken. You can click on any photo to view it in full size and make edits if you wish.
