There are a few ways to erase pictures from your device. One way is to go to the Photos app, select the picture you want to erase, and press the delete button. Another way is to go to Settings > General > Usage > Photos and select Erase Photos.
Photos that are permanently deleted from a device are not actually deleted. Instead, they are placed in a “deleted items” folder on the device. This folder is hidden by default but can be accessed by entering “Settings” and scrolling to the bottom of the screen. Once there, you will see a button that says “Show deleted items.” Clicking this button will show all of the photos that have been permanently deleted from your device.
