Go to the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap on General. Scroll down and tap on Storage & iCloud Usage. Tap on Manage Storage. Underneath Telegram, you’ll see how much storage the app is using. To delete files, tap on Delete App.

Telegram files are saved in the Telegram app on your iPhone.
To delete files from Telegram, open the app and go to the chats tab. Tap on the file you want to delete and then tap on the three dots in the upper right corner. Select delete and then confirm.
